At DDs Fashions, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
